Appointments can be made daytime or evening Monday-Friday


How many treatments will I need?

Usually 4-6 weekly treatments leading to regular monthly treatments to maintain
balance and feelings of well-being.


Can I book 1 session as a trial as I haven't had reflexology or head massage before?

Yes. No obligation.


How do I know you are fully qualified?

I trained with The Practitioners School of Reflexology and have been practicing for 12 years. I am a member of the Association of Reflexologists and can be found listed on their website.


Are there any age restrictions?

No, I treat all ages from infants to elderly.
